AMERICAN IDOL Season 8 Results: Who Went Home
Dying to know which contestant America sent home packing tonight, but not enough to actually sit through the commercial-filled, over-produced, hour-long borefest that was tonight’s AMERICAN IDOL results show? No problem, that’s what theTVaddict.com is here for!
LOST: Do the Ben’s Justify the Means?
Up until last night’s episode, this TV Addict was willing to buy into much of the justification for Sayid’s actions. Be it the countless tortures or endless killings, one could definitely argue that Sayid was either a victim of circumstance, or in the wrong place at the wrong time. That said, there is a fine line between knocking off numbers one through five on Ben’s mysterious “hit list” and shooting a seemingly innocent twelve year old boy at point blank range.
Tonight’s TV Addicts: March 26, 2009
WHAT WE’RE WATCHING:
IN THE MOTHERHOOD (8PM ABC, CityTV in Canada)
As much as a sitcom about three women with radically different parenting skills scream “Must See TV” to a twenty-something male TV Addict, we’re willing to give it a shot thanks to stars Megan Mullaly (WILL & GRACE) and Cheryl Hines (CURBED YOUR ENTHUSIASM)
THE OFFICE (9PM NBC, Global in Canada)
With apologies to our new twitter friend @mindykaling, we believe we’ve watched enough episodes of THE OFFICE to know how Kelly’s new co-worker crush will work out. Not well.
30 ROCK (9:30PM NBC, CityTV in Canada)
It’s the return of everybody’s favorite only beeper- king when Liz’s ex-flame Dennis (Dean Winters) drops by to confess about an addiction, causing catty friction between Liz and Jenna.
SUPERNATURAL (9PM CW)
As is often the case with SUPERNATURAL, the episodes title says it all. When Sam and Dean live normal separate lives, work at the same company, but don’t seem to know each other — “It’s a Terrible Life” indeed.
ER (10PM NBC, CTV in Canada)
Little known not-at-all-made-up-fact: Tonight’s special guest star Tom Arnold was this close to scoring the gig that eventually made George Clooney a star.

GREEK Exclusive: Janeane Garofalo Heads to CRU
The TV Addict with Janeane Garofalo, September 2007
Bill O’Reilly might want to cover his ears for this. Because theTVaddict.com has learned that part-time on-air political sparring partner and full-time actress Janeane Garofalo will be appearing on an upcoming episode of GREEK.
One student in particular who will be paying extra close attention to Professor Garofalo and — as O’Reilly might so kindly put it — her Hollywood Liberal agenda will be our favorite ZBZ’er herself, Casey Cartwright. Who returns to CRU on Monday’s sophomore season premiere with a renewed interest in academia following a summer in Washington where it turns out, Sorority life isn’t the greatest of pre-requisite’s for the real world. Who knew?

WHAT WE’RE WATCHING:
AMERICAN IDOL (8PM FOX, CTV in Canada)
In week three, the kids sing Motown. Anybody else feel as if this show has gone, as so many reality shows do over the course of their runs, from charming to almost sad?
SCRUBS (8PM ABC, CityTV in Canada)
Dr. Cox… wait, are we reading this right? Dr. Cox actually praises J.D.? Isn’t that a sign of the apocalypse?
BETTER OFF TED (8:30PM ABC, CityTV in Canada)
The company tries to create meatless beef in the laboratory. Quick, someone get us that “Where’s The Beef?” lady from the Wendy’s commercials on the line! She’s dead? Oh. Um, never mind.
LOST (9PM ABC, “A” in Canada)
Someone goes rogue and causes a whole lotta trouble for the others on the island. Based on the commercials that have been airing all week, I’m going with Sayid. He’s got “rogue troublemaker” written all over him.
NEW & NOTABLE:
SURVIVOR (8PM CBS)
Tonight’s episode is either a not-as-new-as-they’d-have-you-believe clipfest covering the first 15 days or a brand new episode. Commercials say one thing, listings say another. Guess you’ll have to tune in and find out!

Where’s the Love for BONES?
Is David Boreanaz the new Rodney Dangerfield? That’s the question this TV Addict finds himself asking after yesterday’s TV Week headline announcing that “Fox Orders Six Scripts for BONES for 2009-10 Season.” I mean come’on FOX, six scripts? Get serious!
First Look Video: Mos Def Checks into Princeton-Plainsboro
In Monday’s special episode of HOUSE, shot and told predominantly from the perspective of a patient, Mos Def guest-stars as Lee, a man who awakens in New York after a bicycle accident unable to move or communicate in any way. House, himself injured in a motorcycle mishap, occupies the hospital bed next to Lee and quickly annoys the doctors treating them both by insisting that Lee has “locked-in” syndrome. After House gets Lee transferred to Princeton Plainsboro, the team is on the case to try to “unlock” him. Meanwhile, Wilson suspects House is hiding something when he refuses to divulge why he was in New York.
