MAKING HISTORY is described as “two shows in one: a rollicking historical adventure, and a contemporary comedy about love, friendship and trying to fit in to an increasingly complex and impersonal world.”
Dan Chambers is a computer science professor at a small Massachusetts college and he’s recently discovered time travel. After falling for a woman in the 1700s, he continues to return to the past to spend time with her. In the present, Dan is a nerd. In the past, he’s hilarious and he’s managed to get the girl and make a lot of friends. But the woman he’s dating turns out to be Paul Revere’s daughter, Deborah, and Dan’s meddling in the past may have altered the outcome of the American Revolution when Paul delays his famous ride.
To make things right, Dan asks his colleague, Chris Parish, a popular history professior, to help him and Deborah fix the past…and the future.

The cast includes Adam Pally as Dan, Leighton Meester as Deborah and Yassir Lester as Chris. Phil Lord (THE LAST MAN ON EARTH and THE LEGO MOVIE), Chris Miller, Julius “Goldy” Sharpe and Seth Cohen serve as executive producers.
