The CW Teasers: A Return on SUPERNATURAL, A RIVERDALE Finale and More

RIVERDALE’s first season is coming to an end on The CW the week of May 8, but the show has already been renewed for a second season. In addition, Lady Toni Bevell is returning to SUPERNATURAL to go head-to-head with Mary Winchester and Adrian Chase continues to torment Oliver on ARROW. Plus, Matt Davis is making a guest appearance on THE ORIGINALS.

Monday, May 8

SUPERGIRL 2.20 “City of Lost Children”: When an alien attacks National City, Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) and the DEO learn the alien is a Phorian, an otherwise peaceful race with telekinetic powers. Guardian (Mehcad Brooks) gets a lead on the Phorian’s address but instead of finding the culprit, he finds a very scared boy named Marcus (guest star Lonnie Chavis). Marcus will only trust James so it is up to Guardian to stop the attacks on the city. Rhea’s (Teri Hatcher) plan escalates. Ben Bray directed the episode with story by Robert Rovner and teleplay by Gabriel Llanas & Anna Musky-Goldwyn.

JANE THE VIRGIN 3.18 “Chapter Sixty-Two”: Jane (Gina Rodriguez) has to learn how to handle her new love life, especially when the guy she is dating introduces her to his grandmother. Petra (Yael Grobglas) learns some interesting information about Chuck (guest star Johnny Messner). Xo (Andrea Navedo) and Rogelio (Jaime Camil) are eager to share their news with Jane, but want to try to take her feelings into consideration. Meanwhile, when Mateo starts asking questions, Jane and Rafael (Justin Baldoni) are forced to sit down with him and explain how their family came to be. Ivonne Coll also stars. THE FLASH 3.21 “Cause and Effect”: Barry (Grant Gustin) takes drastic measures to stop Savitar. Meanwhile, H.R. (Tom Cavanagh) continues to push Tracy Brand (guest star Anne Dudek) to design the trap for Savitar and Killer Frost (Danielle Panabaker) returns with an interesting proposal. iZOMBIE 3.06 “Some Like it Hot Mess”: To help Clive (Malcolm Goodwin) solve the murder of an irresponsible narcissist, Liv (Rose McIver) consumes her brain and literally becomes a hot mess. Meanwhile, Peyton (Aly Michalka) learns some shocking news. Lastly, Ravi (Rahul Kohli) experiences a major setback. Rico Colantoni directed the episode written by John Enbom.

Wednesday, May 10

ARROW 5.21 “Honor Thy Fathers”: Oliver (Stephen Amell) returns to the mayor’s office and faces one of his most pressing issues yet – the forced release of dozens of violent criminals prosecuted by Adrian Chase (Josh Segarra). Meanwhile, a crate is delivered to Oliver’s office containing a mysterious corpse encased in concrete. Laura Belsey directed the episode written by Marc Guggenheim & Sarah Tarkoff.

THE 100 4.11 “The Other Side”: Clarke (Eliza Taylor) faces the consequences of her fateful choice. Bob Morley, Paige Turco, Marie Avgeropoulos, Devon Bostick, Lindsey Morgan, Christopher Larkin, Richard Harmon, Zach McGowan, Isaiah Washington and Henry Ian Cusick also star. SUPERNATURAL 12.21 “There’s Something About Mary”: Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) are alarmed when they learn hunters are being killed by suspicious “accidents” all over the country. They decide it is best to find Mary (guest star Samantha Smith) and make sure she’s safe. Meanwhile, Toni (guest star Elizabeth Blackmore) is back in the states and she and Mary face off. RIVERDALE 1.13 “Chapter Thirteen: The Sweet Hereafter” (Season Finale): Archie (KJ Apa) and Veronica (Camila Mendes) continue to grow closer. Betty (Lili Reinhart) is tired of her family acting as if nothing has happened and confronts her mother. Jughead (Cole Sprouse) finds himself in an unexpected situation, leaving Archie and the gang scrambling. Hermione (Marisol Nichols) makes Fred (Luke Perry) an offer that seems too good to be true. Meanwhile, the truth about Blossom’s family business is revealed leaving Cheryl (Madelain Petsch) to take matters into her own hands. Madchen Amick and Ashleigh Murray also star. Friday, May 12

THE ORIGINALS 4.08 “Voodoo in My Blood”: After being summoned by the ancestors, Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) and Klaus (Joseph Morgan) travel to the ancestral world and come face to face with Davina (guest star Danielle Campbell), Klaus’ former foe and the one person who holds the secrets to The Hollow’s demise. Meanwhile, old wounds are re-opened when Elijah (Daniel Gillies) and Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) are forced into an uneasy alliance. Together, they meet with Alaric (guest star Matt Davis) who has tracked down a crucial artifact that could help in their fight against The Hollow. REIGN 4.12 “The Shakedown”: After a tragic earthquake hits Scotland, Mary (Adelaide Kane) must face John Knox (Jonathan Goad) amidst claims that she isn’t coming to the aid of her people. Elizabeth (Rachel Skarsten) takes drastic measures after she is discovered with Gideon (Ben Geurens), while Charles (Spencer MacPherson) makes a decision that backfires. Dan Jeannotte, Celina Sinden, Megan Follows, Craig Parker, Ben Geurens, Rose Williams and Will Kemp also star. Norma Bailey directed the episode written by Patti Carr and Lara Olsen.
