Good News: After far too long a hiatus, GREEK returns to TV tonight for the start of its sophomore season. Bad News: For my wallet. No seriously. One needn’t look any further than my iTunes bill for proof of this TV Addict’s dedication to GREEK. And can you really blame me?

Thanks to its perfect mix of frat boy fun and sorority high-jinx, GREEK has it all. The heart of which is star Spencer Grammer (Casey Cartwright), who was kind enough to take some time out of her busy schedule to talk to the TV Addict about everything from what it’s like to grow up in the shadow of a famous father to what fans can expect when Casey Cartwright returns from Washington when GREEK kicks off a brand new season tonight at 8PM on ABC Family.

THE NO. 1 LADIES DETECTIVE AGENCY (8PM HBO)
Lady detectives, this we gotta see!

FAMILY GUY (9PM FOX, GlobalTV in Canada)
When he’s unable to get his question answered at Quahog’s STAR TREK Convention, Stewie does what so many of us Comic Con ~~nerds~~ attendees only wish we thought of first: Builds a transporter and beams the entire cast of “The Next Generation” into his bedroom.

AMERICAN DAD (9:30PM FOX, GlobalTV in Canada)
FYI: Seth Macfarlane’s far less popular animated series may not have the entire cast of “The Next Generation,” but Patrick Stewart does lend his voice, alongside Amy Sedaris, Meg Penner and Carolyn Gilbert-Lawson.

ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT Alum Alert! Tony Hale returns to wage war again the stuffy Buy More Beverly Hills. Hilarity no doubt ensues.

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (9:30PM CBS)
If Russell (David Space) really wants to get rid of his one-night stand, why not just pop in one of his old movies. Trust us, five minutes of Joe Blow will be all it will take to get rid of any unwelcome guests.

CASTLE (10PM ABC)
Castle has concerns about leaving Martha at home. Dude, that’s what locks on liquor cabinets are for.

Our BATTLESTAR GALACTICA Series Finale Recap

Regardless of whether you thought last night’s BATTLESTAR GALACTICA series finale was “Frakkin’ Fantastic!” or the biggest letdown since THE SOPRANOS faded-to-black, I think there is one thing all fans (be them human or Cylon) can agree upon. Ronald D. Moore Frakked us again by giving us the most unexpected ending of all: A relatively happy one.

So before we get into our very own post-finale-data-stream-of-consciousness, we wanted to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Moore for not only delivering a thrilling and emotional ending that will be debated both online and off for years to come. But for providing fans with four seasons of remarkable stories, characters that we will never forget, and best of all, a spin-off (CAPRICA) that’s coming to DVD in less than a month (Seriously, thank the Gods!)

First Look: Stewie Kidnaps the Cast of STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION

FAMILY GUY is about to boldly go where no show has gone before by reuniting the entire cast of STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION… for a play-date with Stewie. Seriously. On March 29, TREK’s most popular crew, including special guest voices: Patrick Stewart, Levar Burton, Gates McFadden, Michael Dorn, Wil Wheaton, Marina Sirtis, Brent Spiner, Jonathan Frakes and even the dearly departed Tasha Yar (Denise Crosby) will all be making an unexpected return to the small screen when America’s most devilishly diminutive tot decides to build a transporter and beam the entire crew of the NCC-1701-D to his bedroom so they can spend a fun-filled day together in Quahog.

As if this week’s years-in-development-million-dollar rebrand of NBC Universal’s Sci-Fi Channel to SyFy (a name that was coincidentally coined by friend of theTVaddict.com Michael Hinman over a decade ago) wasn’t evidence enough that Hollywood has officially run out of original ideas, check out these two eerily similar marketing campaigns for ABC’s new comedy BETTER OFF TED and ABC Family’s signature series GREEK. I can’t see the difference, can you?
